I have always loved making food and feeding people, when the opportunity presented itself for me to go to culinary school I grabbed it with both hands and have loved every moment of my journey. I am a classically trained French Chef but was born and raised in South African and you can see my roots shine through. My passion for food and flavors is one of my strong points and having the ability to think out of the box and create my own creations has always been a strong point with me. I strive to make my food an experience that will elevate your way of thinking and seeing food. My clients are mostly return clients and have been with my from the beginning.
Food is an art by itself and I believe it should look lovely but taste even better. Food is comfort and I hope that I will be making big footsteps in the culinary world. I am all about Fusion Cuisine and taking it to the next level.
