Chef Maggie

I was fortunate enough to have grown up with a farm to table influence in my life. My mother was a contributor to Gourmet Magazine and taught international cuisines, so naturally i love being able to create innovative dishes from around the planet. Who wants to eat the same old thing? My restaurant in Durham, NC was voted "One of the best new restaurants in America" which i was very proud of. My style is very clean, healthy and beautiful.
