Hearty Vegetarian Lasagna

This oven-baked vegetarian lasagna is cooked to perfection made with mostly organic ingredients is paired with delicious garlic bread and a hearty portion of green salad.

The lasagna is made with lasagna noodles and vegetables including: Kale, Leeks, Broccoli, Zucchini, Spinach and Bell peppers topped with ricotta, italian blend cheese and parmesan.

The fresh home-made marinara sauce for the lasagna consista of tomatoes, onion  celery, small pieces of sweet potato, basil, thyme, oregano, and a bit of honey.
