Lemon Pasta

My go-to dish is lemon pasta! After sizzling some garlic, parsley, shallots & butter, I prepare the pasta al dente. Mix together, stir in lemon zest & juice...and top with a smidge of butter & fresh chopped parsley! I love this dish because you get the bite & satisfaction of fresh pasta with the freshness of lemon, and depth of butter, garlic, etc. It's a perfect dish and always a crowd-pleaser!
