Salmon Symphony: Pan-Seared Brilliance

My third signature dish unites cherished traditional cuisine in a new and fresh interpretation of flavors everyone knows and loves. Once again, a wonderful pairing of farm and sea combine to create new memories of familiar favorites. Seasoned pan seared salmon is served skin-on over a uniquely complex whipped parsnip puree with crispy balsamic brussels sprouts and chive oil. The dish is then completed with a bright and delicious Romesco sauce that allows the sweet roasted bell peppers to shine through the richness of the salmon and parsnip puree, creating a beautiful marriage of flavor on the palate.
