DAY 1
7am-8am: Recommended light morning exercise (Walk, crunches, pushups, stretching 15-30 min) Choice of warm maca morning beverage or Fresh cold pressed juice- 16oz
8am-10am: Light breakfast - Banana crunch clusters with fruit and yogurt
12pm-1pm: Lunch - Massaged Kale salad with Tangy tahini buttermilk ranch and fresh cracked walnuts
5pm-7pm: Entree Dinner - Zucchini Bigoli (like spaghetti) with pistachio pesto and glazed sherry Portabellas. (Can be warmed) Comes with Flax Rosemary flatbread crisps

DAY 2

9am-11am: late breakfast/ brunch - Banana crunch mulberry clusters with fruit and yogurt
4pm-6pm: Entree Dinner - Raw Veggie Pad Thai with young Thai Coconut noodles and a lovely Tahini shoyu and Spicy cilantro sauce duo!
light snack: chef inspired gourmet surprise snack ;) ;)

DAY 3

Skip breakfast: Last day - 2 meal a day to carryover back into regular daily routine!
12pm-1pm: Lunch - Live sprouted garbanzo hummus Platter with a 3 day purple kraut, Persian cucumbers, Seeded Sesame flax crackers
Skip snack: Lessening food intake to give our bodies a breather! (I’m doing this with you :)
5pm-7pm: Main meal 2 -hand crafted Portabella Raw’violi (from the menu), cashew cream of spinach basil sauce, Pine Nut ‘ricotta’ hinted with white Truffle
The usual; light night exercise, walk, stretching, jumping jacks anything !! 30 min for better digestion and peaceful rest :)
